Purpose: Show inactive customers. Found at: Customers/Search.
1. Go to Customers/Search.
2. Check box for show inactive Customers.
3. Enter a customer name, address or phone in search field.
4. The inactive customers have a shaded background.
5. Click on an inactive customer.
6. Flag at top reads "This Customer is inactive".
