Bobtail Drivers and Service Techs are managed in FuelMor Settings, Drivers. Drivers use the FDA. Service Techs are included so that invoices and reports may be associated with Service Techs for their service work.
Drivers and Service Techs have access to use the FDA.
Go to hamburger, FuelMor Settings, Drivers
Adding a new Driver
Click on Invite a Driver enter email address, Send.
The email recipient has 24 hours to complete the registration. After the 24 hours has expired and the recipient has not registered, you may resend the invite.
After the driver has registered, their email address and name will appear under Drivers.
Note: The driver same name or same email address can only be registered once.
Dactivate / Reactivate Driver
Click on Deactivate Driver for the driver.
When you Deactivate a driver they will not be able to login to FDA.
To Reactivate a deactivated driver, click on Deactivated Drivers and click on Activate for the driver.
Drivers cannot be deleted.
