Bobtail Troubleshooting Flow Diagram (PDF download)
The following conditions may or may not directly involve the FuelMor Driver App
1.
Condition: Propane flow stops after starting pump.
Condition Frequency: Right after pumping begins.
PTO Status: Running
LCRII Register Status: Running
Possible Problem: Damaged diaphragm in differential valve.
Possible Remedy: Replace diaphragm.
2.
Condition: Propane flow stops after starting pump.
Condition Frequency: Intermittent. Occurs after random number of deliveries.
PTO Status: Running
LCRII Register Status: Running
Possible Problem: Inadequate grounding for Pin 12 on LCRII.
Possible Remedy: Ground Pin 12 on LCRII to ground side of battery instead of chassis ground.

3.
Condition: LCRII prints !QS to paper on Epson thermal paper printer.
Condition Frequency: Occurs continuously
Possible Remedy: Login to the the LCRII and change printer type to"All font A"
4.
Condition: LCR600 prints !QS to paper on printer.
Possible Remedy: On the LCRII change DIfferential Pressure (DP) setting to zero.
5.
Condition: LCRII with connected Epson thermal paper printer will not print to paper (not even diagnostics)
Possible Remedy: While truck running, turn LCRII register know to Stop. Turn off truck and turn LCRII register to Run.
