Dispatch allows you to search for unassigned open deliveries, view deliveries assigned to a route, and the location of driver tablet.
Go to hamburger, Deliveries, Dispatch.
Assigning Unassigned Deliveries to a Route (Locations that have open deliveries that are not assigned to a route).
Route must be previously created before assigning an open delivery to a route.
Click on tab named "Unassigned Deliveries".
Select date range for requested delivery date.
Select a zone (optional).
Click on Search.
Search results appear as solid blue circles on the map and table of open / unassigned deliveries.
Select deliveries by clicking on cooresponding box in the table or the blue circle on map.
Select a Route and click on Assign.
Viewing Route and Deliveries on Map
Click on Add Route, select a route and click on Add.
Triangle shaped markers on map represents deliveries not delivered.
Square shape markers on map represents delivered deliveries.
Mouse over a marker to view the delivery information.
Viewing Location of Driver Tablet on Map (Tablet will report following a delivery or every 30 minutes).
Click on Select a Driver, select a driver and click on Add Driver.
Driver marker will appear on map.
Mouse over the driver marker to view last date/time report from tablet.
