Creating a new Estimate for a customer.
Go to customer account, Estimates, New Estimate
Or
Go to hamburger, Customers, Estimates, New Estimate
After creating an estimate you may select Accept or Reject.
If Accept is selected, you may convert the estimate to an invoice.
You may delete an estimate if your user permissions allow.
